Who are Bike Fest Chair?

Bike Fest Leaders are talented volunteer organizers of larger to large scale events held by MIT PN2K.

Requirements of Bike Fest Chairs

Leaders are required to hold at least one kick-off event in September of the new year during Orientation, which includes subsidized or free bike repair, services, free food/music, and optionally, a guided bike tour around campus.

Qualities of Bike Fest Chairs

Each Bike Fest requires the help of logistically talented individuals who know how to handle all sorts of customers. Bike Fest Leaders are trained to have superior customer service skills. Bike Fest Leaders are usually regular bike commuters and show a vested interest in making cycling safer for the community.
